Jay DeMerit suggests Vancouver Whitecaps starlet Kekuta Manneh may not be at the club for too much longer.
The 18-year old Gambian forward has scored six goals in 19 MLS appearances this season, including a match-winning hat-trick against Seattle Sounders last week, prompting captain DeMeritto suggest he could be off in the not too distant future.
"Hopefully, if he keeps the right attitude, he'll be somewhere else," DeMerit said.
"That's not a bad thing. You draft kids to mentor them and make them better and you try not to hold those kinds of guys back.
"Everyone speaks of his talent, and he knows of his talent. Now it's just about making the most of that talent."
