Dutch football is hoping for big things from Manchester United teen Tahith Chong.

The young midfielder was named-checked by former Holland international Wim van Hanegem as he sought to highlight some young prospects they can hitch their hopes on for the future.

Van Hanegen said, "Myron Boadu of AZ is only sixteen years old but a huge talent.

"Tahith Chong is seventeen years old and one of the greatest talents at Manchester United. And anyone who has seen Xavi Simons in Barcelona's youth should be happy. Even if he's only fourteen years old."

He added: "I'm tired of all these people saying there's nothing to look forward to."
