Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk is now undergoing solo training at the club's HQ.
The Dutchman, who was in good spirits during his session and smiling away, also took on some ladder work and trained on his own as his journey back to full fitness continues, says the Liverpool Echo.
Van Dijk suffered serious anterior cruciate ligament damage against Everton back in October when Jordan Pickford launched himself into a reckless challenge and left him needing surgery.
The £75million defender underwent surgery in London later that month and was back at Liverpool's new Training Centre in December undergoing rehabilitation on the knee with some light sessions in the gym.
Van Dijk has spent much of his time in Dubai since, training at the NAS Sports Complex at Nad Al Sheba.
