Valencia president Anil Murthy has opened the door to Bryan Gil returning next season.
The Tottenham winger joined VCF on-loan in January and helped the team reach the Copa del Rey, where they were beaten by Real Betis on penalties.
"We will talk at the end of August if there is something to talk about," said Murthy this week.
Spurs will not consider releasing Gil at the beginning of the market.
Instead, Gil do preseason under manager Antonio Conte before a decision is made about his status at Spurs.
