Valencia midfielder Carlos Soler has hit out at the antics of Athletic Bilbao rival Raul Garcia after last night's Copa del Rey semifinal.

The first-leg finished 1-1 in San Mames, with Garcia scoring for the hosts.

Soler said afterwards, “I prefer not to talk about Raúl García because he spends almost the entire match pretending."

The VCF ace was responding to Garcia's critical words for Valencia.

The Athletic ace said, "What has been seen. We wanted a game of intensity and rhythm, to be played, and the opposite has been proposed. The game minutes are there, you can check them. We like that there are many minutes of play and rhythm, but today it was not possible.

"It's difficult when you don't want to play, but we go there with hope and confidence to win and I'm sure it will be like that."
