Pogba has battled for form and fitness this season at Manchester United and is expected to be sold this summer.
But Kondogbia, who won the U20 World Cup with France alongside Pogba, told Goal: "I'm not worried about Paul. He has shown before that he is a great footballer who knows how to do great things.
"We know football, once you're not as often on the field, or if you are injured, or your performance drops, people automatically start to forget about you. Knowing Paul both in football and in human terms, I know that he is someone who will always excel.
"He will always surprise spectators because he has this strength of character and this mental strength. He has it all."
