Valencia defender Ezequiel Garay became the first La Liga player to contract the coronavirus.

He revealed the news on Instagram:

"It's clear that 2020 has got off to a bad start.

"I have tested positive for the coronavirus, I feel fine and now all that is left to do is listen to the health authorities, and for now to be isolated."

Garay's season is over after knee surgery.
