Valencia defeated Celta Vigo 2-0 as they continue to find some impressive form.

Valencia arrived at the game looking pick up points, following a previous defeat to Real Madrid.

After an uneventful first half, Valencia continued to pile on the pressure the second half and were rewarded, following a goal from Manu Vallejo in the 90th minute.

Later, Valencia scored again and increased their advantage thanks to a goal from Kevin Gameiro just before the final whistle, which sealed the victory for Valencia.

After the result, Valencia are in 12th place, with 27 points from 24 matches, while Celta Vigo sit in 10th, with 29 points from 24.
