Valencia manager Pako Ayesteran is not about to offload Andre Gomes anytime soon.
The 22-year-old Portuguese midfielder continues to be heavily linked with a potential move to Manchester United but Ayesteran insists he will not be going anywhere this summer.
"The club know my preferences, there is a consensus," he said.
"Andre is a footballer who interests us and the objective is to keep him. Doing so is another thing."
It is also believed that German giants Bayern Munich and Italian powerhouse Juventus are keen on Gomes but it is clear from Pako's comments that Los Che have no intention of allowing him to leave Mestalla in the fast-approaching transfer window.
