Colombian great Carlos Valderrama has urged James Rodriguez to leave Real Madrid.
Valderrama can't see Real coach Zinedine Zidane treating James fairly.
"Let him go to another team," Valderrama said.
"The coach doesn't want him. If he stays at Real Madrid he won't play."
Clearly baffled by the situation of his fellow countryman, the former No.10 remembered a time when James was celebrated in the capital.
"The fans had a party when he arrived," Valderrama continued.
"The president called a party, but the coach doesn't want him.
"If he stays he won't play so it's better to let him go. The one who chooses the line-up is the coach."
