Dutch club FC Utrecht have revealed that they are expecting a bid from Swansea City for Edouard Duplan.
The 29-year old French winger has emerged as a target for the Swans recently and could be on his way out at Utrecht this summer.
Club director Wilko van Schaik says it is not a priority of Utrecht's to sell Duplan but hinted that they would if a club came in with a suitable offer.
"He doesn't have to leave us, but we know that his contract will expire next season.
"That would mean we wouldn't be able to request a transfer fee anymore, while if we sold him now, then it would be possible.""Swansea have not officially contacted us. But we have heard they will do that within the short term," Van Schaik told RTV Utrecht.
