The USA national team will face off with CONCACAF rivals Honduras in an international friendly in January.
Following their annual training camp at Los Angeles' Home Depot Center, the US will take on the Hondurans on the 23rd of January as they prepare for the 2010 World Cup.
Coach Bob Bradley says playing Honduras is an ideal way to begin their preparation for South Africa.
"Obviously we know the quality of the Honduran team very well and we think the match is a great way to start the year as we commence preparations for the World Cup," said Bradley. "With both teams working toward finalizing their rosters for South Africa, we expect it will be a very competitive game."
The match will be broadcast in English on Fox Soccer Channel, with Spanish language coverage to be determined.
