US Soccer president Sunil Gulati has revealed he would be happy to test video technology or extra referees in Major League Soccer.

Following an overabundance of controversial decisions during the World Cup in South Africa, Gulati believes it would be worthwhile experimenting with various changes in the way the game is governed on matchday in the US.

"We'd be happy to do some trial cases, not rules of the game or something like that, but with an additional referee or technology," Gulati said according to newsday.com.
