Virgil van Dijk and Sadio Mane were among those photographed in the club's official launch on their social media channels, but top scorer Salah was a notable absentee, reports the Sunday World.

Salah faces an uncertain future after failing to agree a new deal with Liverpool to extend his contract that expires in the summer of 2023.

He has stated his desire to stay at Liverpool, but reports have suggested the club and his agent are a long way apart in a wages package for the Egyptian star.
