Manchester United may recall Adnan Januzaj from his season-long loan at Borussia Dortmund.

The Belgian has started just twice for the German outfit and the United is apparently reassessing his situation, as he is yet to gain the first-team experience the Red Devils had hoped he would.

Januzaj may be eager to return to Old Trafford ahead of next summer's European Championships in order to ensure he is not left out of Belgium's squad for the tournament.

There is also concern the current squad of United players have been left fatigued by their heavy schedule and Januzaj may provide the added impetus Louis van Gaal is looking for from his team.
