The lawyer in charge of the independent commission that is looking into Manchester City's FFP breaches supports Arsenal.
The Premier League champions are under investigation for close to 100 breaches of financial regulations over the past decade.
Barrister Murray Rosen KC is the chair of the independent commission assessing the matter.
