Manchester United midfielder Fred went into meltdown mode after their draw at Southampton.

The Manchester Evening News says Fred, who was an unused substitute at St Mary's, was angry after the game.

He hammered on the doors of the team's bus demanding to be let in.

Fred was joined by Ander Herrera with the duo the first United players to get out.

The Brazilian has failed to live up to expectations at Manchester United ever since his £52million arrival from Shaktar Donetsk.

And it appears the midfielder is feeling the strain.
