The penny may've dropped for Dillon Hoogewerf at Manchester United, it is being claimed in Holland.
The former Ajax prospect has just signed pro terms with United this week, having left Amsterdam last year amid claims of discipine problems.
That's according to local pundit Henk Spaan, who wrote for Het Parool: "The word discipline was raised (regarding Hoogewerf at Ajax).
"A year later, Hoogewerf disappeared to Manchester United, although according to head of youth academy Saïd Ouaali, Ajax had 'done everything' to keep him'.
"And now, after doing great with the Under-18s in Manchester and sometimes even joining Under-23, he signed his first official professional contract yesterday.
"Apparently he has got his discipline in order at United. His example must be Mason Greenwood, one of the eleven youth players who got a chance this season under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. This is an excellent trainer for young talent."
