Ukraine coach Andrei Shevchenko is being linked with a sensational return to AC Milan.
Local pundit Igor Tsigani says Shevchenko's connection to the current Milan front office strengthens the prospect of the former striker moving to the club.
"We know his close relationship with (Milan director) Paolo Maldini," he said. "But now Shevchenko is focused on preparing the Ukrainian team for the European Championship."
Former Ukraine star Yevhen Levchenko also said, "I can't imagine Shevchenko rejecting Milan. I know that on the part of the Italian team there will be guarantees and great economic investments. I am sure that in the case of receiving a good offer, he will leave the national team after the European Championship.
"Milan must play to the fullest level. Andrei is getting experience to work in a big club."
