Udinese midfielder Antonio Candreva is delighted with his loan move to Parma.

Candreva spent last season at Juventus and insists he is happy with another temporary switch.

"When news came through of negotiations with Parma, I didn't want to know about the other options," he explained.

"There wasn't long to go before the deadline and I immediately gave the all-clear. This is a great squad and proved it by beating Brescia in the season opener.

"There are some wonderful players and a great Coach, so I hope to get in shape as soon as possible and can't wait to start my new adventure with Parma."
