Udinese coach Andrea Sottil took aim at Ciro Immobile after defeat to Lazio.
Immobile won and converted the penalty for the only goal of the game on Sunday.
Sottil said, "I'm sorry because this wasn't a penalty: I don't want to take away Lazio's merits in the second half, but this was a clear simulation.
"(Adam) Masina is stationary and there is no contact, Immobile lets himself go. I absolutely disagree in the most absolute way. In the second half we were forced to drop, we are counted, we have five players out and we have to manage our strength.
"I just have to thank the players for their commitment. We have to stay calm and be calm, continuing to work, we are in an emergency.
"With (Destiny) Udogie's disqualification, we will have seven players out. Beto should have played less, I had to force him based on the progress of the match."
