Udinese coach Massimo Oddo supports Roberto Mancini as next Italy manager.

Zenit St Petersburg boss Mancini has confirmed interest in the job.

And Oddo would back his appointment.

“He coached me at Lazio when I was very young," Oddo recalled, speaking to RMC Sport.

“I think he's changed a lot, he was very good before so he'll be even more so now, so I'd be pleased if he became CT."
