Udinese chief Pierpaolo Marino accused Lazio of pressuring the match officials at halftime after Sunday's defeat.

Lazio won 1-0 after Ciro Immobile converted a soft penalty on 62 minutes.

Marino fumed: "We are enraged because a match on the balance has been resolved by a penalty kick; we are at a time when between the referee and the VAR we don't see a clear simulation of Immobile who throws himself.

"This penalty does not exist in the canons and regulations. Between the referee and VAR has not corrected a sensational error.

"It is a clear simulation of Immobile who, in diving, finds a contact that occurs when the player is diving.

"(At halftime) Their staff who believe they can say a word more than the others they turn to the match director, he should send them off but they remain on the bench. In the second half the referee direction went one way, arriving at the penalty that decides it to our detriment.

"I didn't like this but I think in the end it conditioned him so much that in the second half the balance of fouls was always decided in favor of Lazio and this generated sensational boos from our crowd that you never hear."
