Sheikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi has reportedly purchased 60% of an unnamed Premier League club.
The chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Customs and Seaports will become the second owner of a PL club from the Middle East if the deal is made official.
It is believed Sheikh Ahmed will be made honorary chairman of the club.
