FC Twente admit they've failed with a bid for Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma.
Bruma this week met with PSV Eindhoven officials about a summer switch.
Twente chairman Joop Munsterman, meanwhile, revealed: "Chelsea want to sell, but he's far too expensive for us and if he goes on-loan, it can only be to Vitesse."
