Former Blackburn and Turkish star Tugay has told the media in his homeland that he is linking up with Manchester City as a coach, reports the Daily Mail. The 38 year old claims he is set to work with Mark Hughes again at the City of Manchester Stadium after playing under him at Ewood Park.

"I made an agreement with Manchester City and will work as a coach," he told NTV.

"To work there will be a huge step for me. When I feel strong enough, then I will begin to work as a technical director."
