Tuchel pushing Bayern Munich to go for West Ham captain Rice

Bayern Munich are firmly in the race to sign West Ham captain Declan Rice.

The England international is in high demand with the summer transfer window approaching.

Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City, and Manchester United have all been linked to Rice in recent months.

Now Sky Germany adds that Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel is a huge admirer of Rice.

The midfielder was even a Chelsea target when Tuchel was still manager at the Premier League club.

Rice is likely to cost a signifcant sum this summer, with West Ham wanting a fee in the region of £100 million.

The Mail adds that Arsenal have put in an offer of close to £90 million at present.
