Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel can expect the club to invest heavily in improvements to the squad this summer.
According to The Telegraph, Tuchel's side will invest up to £200 million on new players following their Champions League success over Manchester City on Saturday.
The Blues want to win the Premier League and go deep in the Champions League next season.
Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku, West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice, and Wolves winger Adama Traore are among the club's main targets this summer.
German coach Tuchel will be very happy with a new striker, as he is unconvinced by both Tammy Abraham and out of contract veteran Olivier Giroud.
Roman Abramovich is also expected to hand Tuchel a new contract after his successful debut campaign.
