Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel says the demands between the German giants and Chelsea are similar.

Having also worked for PSG, Borussia Dortmund and Mainz, Tuchel discussed the culture he encountered at the clubs he'd worked for.

"All clubs have their own DNA," he told Goal. "It was especially in Paris (with Paris Saint-Germain ). It is different in England and Germany, so it is difficult to compare.

"The culture in Chelsea and Bayern (Munich) is quite similar. It's just about winning. It is strong clubs that determine the rules.

"It builds character. It was a little different in Paris. It's a bit of a different culture in the country, but it's not better or worse. The most important thing is that I love my team."
