TRIBAL TRENDS - TRANSFERS: Liverpool name Salah price?; Real Madrid offer De Gea deal?; Enrique agrees Chelsea terms?;

With the amount of rumours swirling around at this time of year, it can sometimes be difficult to decipher the truth.

Not to worry however, because here at Tribalfootball, we have broken down the week's hottest transfer rumours, and informed you whether to believe the paper talk or not.

Luis Enrique

Clubs interested: Chelsea

According to El Confidencial, former Barcelona manager Luis Enrique has agreed terms with Chelsea to succeed Antonio Conte when the 2017/18 season draws to a close.

he Chelsea board are reported to be fed up with Conte's incessant complaints about the club's modus operandi in the transfer market.

Antonio Conte's second season at Chelsea has been largely underwhelming by the club's standards as Chelsea find themselves in 5th place, four points behind city rivals Tottenham.

Having been knocked out of the Champions League already, uncertainty looms over the Blues' top four hopes due to their shaky form. So if Luis Enrique does take over, he will face a similar situation as Conte in his first season given his side won't be in the CL.

Likelihood: It's probably going to happen

Mohamed Salah - Liverpool

Clubs interested: Real Madrid

Having taken the Premier League by storm, Mohamed Salah has reportedly attracted the interest of Real Madrid thus prompting Liverpool to set an asking price for the Egypt international.

According to Spanish news outlet El Confidencial, the Reds have set an asking price of £166m for Salah who is in with a shout to be crowned the Premier League's player of the Year having bagged 32 league goals thus far.

Having just parted with Coutinho in January, Liverpool will probably only let Salah go for an astronomical fee.

There's a chance that Real Madrid will splash the cash on Salah given they're evidently in need of a world-class forward going into next season.

Likelihood: 50/50. A fee of that magnitude would be too good to turn down, but then again, who can replace Salah if he leaves for Madrid?

Raheem Sterling (Manchester City), Thomas Lemar (Monaco)

Clubs interested: Barcelona, Liverpool

According to El Gol digital, Barcelona are reportedly interested in signing Manchester City's Raheem Sterling following his impressive performances this season.

Should the transfer go through, Liverpool will have to contend with Manchester City or the signature of Monaco's Thomas Lemar as Pep Guardiola is likely to turn his attention to the Frenchman in a bid to replace Sterling.

Lemar has been on Jurgen Klopp's radar since Coutinho's departure in January, but should City come into the mix of things, Liverpool are likely to lose out due to the Citizens' financial power.

Likelihood: City will want to demonstrate their superiority in the modern game by warding off potential suitors for Sterling, so he's unlikely to leave the club anytime soon and City won't be in for Lemar

David De Gea - Manchester United

Clubs interested: Real Madrid

It's no secret that Real Madrid would love to acquire the services of David De Gea, considering he's firmly established himself as Manchester United's best player and arguably the best goalkeeper in the world.

Jose Mourinho is reportedly prepared to sell De Gea to Real Madrid under the condition that United receive a couple of Real Madrid's star players in return, according to Spanish news outlet Diario Gol.

Real Madrid have already reportedly offered Gareth Bale to Manchester United, but Jose Mourinho is said to be keen on Toni Kroos and Marco Asensio.

Likelihood: Real Madrid are unlikely to part with more than one of their stars just to get De Gea and he's far too important to United at the moment so he's likely to stay

Gareth Bale - Real Madrid

Clubs interested: Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United

Real Madrid are reportedly keen on offloading Gareth Bale this summer in a bid to accommodate a potential move for Neymar who many speculate is unhappy at Paris Saint-Germain.

Bale's fitness issues have prevented him from playing regularly at Madrid since he joined the Spanish giants from Tottenham, and whilst he's now available for Zidane to utilise in his squad, the prospect of Neymar playing for Madrid is too enticing for Florentino Perez to pass on.

Real Madrid will be looking to make back the £85m they paid for Bale, hence it is expected that Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City and his former side Tottenham will be vying for his signature this summer.

Likelihood: There's every chance that Neymar will leave PSG for Real Madrid, but it will cost the club a fee in excess of £300m. Liverpool and Tottenham are unlikely to pay £85m for Bale so that leave's Chelsea, United and City as possible destinations. The deal is likely, but Liverpool and Spurs can't afford to spend big on Bale
