Tottenham's King to miss next three games

Tottenham captain Ledley King will not feature in the next three games, it has been revealed.

The Daily Mail says King had another bad reaction in his knees following the victory at Wembley on Sunday and is set to miss their game at Birmingham, the first leg of the UEFA Cup last-16 tie against PSV Eindhoven and the derby against West Ham.

Sunday's win over Chelsea was the 27-year-old's first game for five weeks and manager Juande Ramos will use him sparingly for the rest of the season.

The Spaniard hopes King will return for the second leg at PSV on 12 March. He is looking for Spurs to build a healthy advantage against the Dutch league leaders in the first leg at White Hart Lane next Thursday and then have King back to protect the lead in the second match.
