League One strugglers Colchester United are set to sign Tottenham midfielder Kenneth McEvoy on loan until the end of the season. "Spurs have agreed everything, it's about getting the paperwork through," U's boss Tony Humes told BBC Essex.
"He's training here, and we're just waiting for the final clearance. It sometimes happens with these sorts of deals."
Last season the 20 year old Republic of Ireland U21 international was named on the Spurs bench for a Europa League last-32 first-leg tie at Dnipro in February.
