Tottenham won't rush their move for Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish.

The Mirror says Spurs are set to keep Villa sweating over Grealish's future as they bid to exploit their cash woes.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino wants starlet Grealish to compete with Dele Alli.

Villa are looking to raise as much as £40m for Grealish after seeing Leicester agree a deal worth up to £25m for James Maddison from Norwich.
