Tottenham winger Aaron Lennon is desperate to complete a deadline day move to Everton, reports the Daily Express.
The former England winger is not a part of Mauricio Pochettino's plans at White Hart Lane and has been left out of the Spurs' squad entirely, failing to even gain a number for the 2015/16 season.
The 28-year-old spent the second half of last season at Everton, but Roberto Martinez refused to meet Spurs' £9million valuation for the player.
It is believed that the North London club are ready to bring down their fee and Lennon is hoping the Toffees will reignite their interest in his services before the summer window slams shut on Tuesday evening.
