Tottenham are ready to launch a bid for Roma striker Cengiz Under.
The Mirror says the Turkish forward has attracted interest from Manchester United and Barcelona.
Whilst Arsenal have also registered an interest, with Turkish outlet Aksam claiming the Gunners have already had a £26m offer snubbed by the Giallorossi.
Roma paid an initial €13.4m to İstanbul Başakşehir for the 21-year-old and could see a healthy return when they do eventually decide to sell.
Under previously played for Altinordu and the club's president Mehmet Ozkan claims Bayern Munich are another side who are following his progress, with the need to freshen up their squad.
Tottenham are now prepared to make a £52m bid for Under ahead of the January market.
