Tottenham whiz Oliver Skipp tipped for big things

Tottenham whiz Oliver Skipp has been told he'll get his chance under manager Mauricio Pochettino.

The 18 year-old shone in preseason for the Spurs first team and is now catching the eye for the U23s.

"All these young players have really great spirit," attacking midfielder Christian Eriksen said.

"A few have already trained with us, like Luke Amos and Anthony Georgiou. But it is Skippy, he is probably also the youngest, who really pulls the game to himself.

"He does his thing and he does it well," continues the Danish international, who expects the midfielder to grow into a star at Tottenham. "First of all, look at his daring. He is not afraid to get the ball. He is not afraid to move forward. And he is not afraid to tackle. He is all-round. If he was a little older, he'd be there."
