Richarlison will wear Tottenham's famous number nine jersey.

The Brazilian joined Spurs from Everton this summer in a deal worth £60m.

Spurs did not initially confirm a squad number for the 25-year-old, but have now revealed that he will be their new No9.

The shirt was last worn by Gareth Bale during his short loan spell during the 2020/21 campaign.

The number nine jersey has been worn by numerous Tottenham legends, including the late, great Jimmy Greaves, Les Ferdinand, Ossie Ardiles and Clive Allen.
