Tottenham are set to sign a £60 million sponsorship agreement with the government of South Africa.

Per The Mirror, the North London club have been courted by the country's tourism department regarding the deal.

It will be a 36-month deal that will see Spurs earn a great deal of money to help promote the South African tourism sector.

There are several nations that have similar deals with other Premier League clubs.

Such agreements include Abu Dhabi's sponsorship of Manchester City, Malta's sponsorship of Manchester United and Rwanda's sponsorship of Arsenal.

The deal will run until June 2026, with the option of one more year should both parties agree.
