Axel Witsel has confirmed he won't be leaving Russian club Zenit St.Petersburg, according to The Daily Mirror.
The Belgian was heavily linked with a move to Tottenham and AC Milan this summer, but won't be going anywhere, as Zenit ran out of time to find a replacement.
Witsel was a key player in Zenit's championship winning season in 2014/15, and is contracted until 2017.
Tottenham remain on the hunt for a deadline day deal, and are currently in negotiations for West Brom's Saido Berahino.
