Aston Villa star Jack Grealish is worth more than £60 million - according to his manager!

Villa boss Dean Smith spoke about the prospect of Grealish leaving Villa Park this summer for a Premier League team.

Tottenham have a long standing interest in the player.

Grealish has been in impressive form since coming back from an injury in March, helping Villa push for a Championship playoff spot.

And Smith joked that Villa should have put a massive buy-out clause in Grealish's contract.

When asked about the possibility of his star player leaving in the summer, Smith said to reporters: "I can't say anything on it.

"But if it was me, it would probably be more (than £60m)!"
