The talented left-sided performer has been a long-term target for Tottenham for some time, while Sevilla have also been monitoring his form, says the News of the World.

As Emanuelson is out of contract in 2011, he had been expecting talks to progress over an extension but the signs are that the Amsterdam outfit will instead cash in on his services.
