Tottenham are eyeing a cut-price deal for Celtic fullback Kieran Tierney.
The Mirror says Spurs could exploit Celtic's Champions League misery by making a cut-price £10million for Tierney in January.
The 22-year-old Scotland defender was high up on Mauricio Pochettino's summer shopping list.
Spurs baulked at paying the £20m valuation for Tierney this summer.
But Celtic's failure to reach the Champions League has hit the the Scottish champions hard in the pocket.
And Spurs could test their resolve with Celtic needing to make up the financial shortfall for failing to qualify for the lucrative competition.
