Tottenham Hotspur are closing in on a deal for Andre Gomes.

The Sun claims Spurs have submitted a £35m offer for the Barcelona midfielder.

Gomes spent a successful loan spell with Everton this season.

The Toffees had aired their desire of signing the Spaniard on a permanent basis.

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino is looking to sign a replacement for Mousa Dembele, who left for China in January.
