Tottenham striker Kane 'very excited' to work with Conte

Harry Kane is reportedly "very excited" to work with new Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte.

The Italian signed an 18-month contract with Spurs on Tuesday following the sacking of Nuno Espirito Santo.

Kane, as well as his teammates, believe the move shows Tottenham remain an ambitious club committed to winning trophies, per

Conte worked with Spurs technical director Fabio Paratici at Juventus, winning three Serie A titles together.

And the Tottenham squad believe the pair can establish the club's pulling power once again.

Nuno was sacked after losing five of his opening 10 Premier League games in charge.

Kane in particular has looked a shadow of his former self, having scored one goal in nine Premier League appearances.

The England captain asked to leave Spurs last summer as Manchester City attempted to secure his signature.
