Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane is aiming to return from injury in time for the EFL Cup final.
The 25-year-old has been sidelined with an ankle injury sustained in Sunday's loss to Manchester United.
The usual prognosis for the injury is six weeks, but the London Evening Standard report that Kane wants to return before the final on February 24, should Tottenham qualify.
Spurs hold a 1-0 lead over Chelsea after the first leg.
