Tottenham striker Harry Kane admits he doesn't wait any longer to win trophies.
Jose Mourinho replaced the sacked Mauricio Pochettino this week, and the England captain admits "it will give us a boost" as they aim for a first trophy since 2008.
Speaking about the new manager to BT Sport, he said: "He's won at every club he's been at. I'm at that stage of my career where I want to win.
"The manager now coming in, who's been there and done that, it will give us a boost and even more confidence and that's definitely our aim this year.
"Whenever a new manager comes in everyone wants to impress, everyone has got loads of energy.
"He made it clear from the day he came in he's an honest manager, he likes to win, his full focus is on Saturdays."
