Tottenham striker Harry Kane enjoys playing for manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Kane says Pochettino has made a positive impact at Spurs since his summer arrival.
"The gaffer is a top bloke," he said. "He'll have a bit of banter and he'll be strict when necessary. But he's a great person to be around and he brings big morale to the team. So we're confident in our ability.
"He'll work as a group and he'll work individually with players. He has done individual work with me about my movement around the box and different sorts of finishes, which is great. You want your manager to be helping you out as much as possible and he has been doing that."
