Tottenham remain keen on Southampton midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.

The Telegraph says Tottenham are interested in signing Hojbjerg this summer.

However, Spurs looked set to wait until the full financial damage from the coronavirus shutdown is clear before deciding whether to make an offer.

The Dane is out of contract at the end of next season on the south coast and has been non-committal when it comes to signing an extension.

Late last year he split from his former agent and signed with super agent Pini Zahavi.

"It's a big club and I also think Christian Eriksen has positive memories from there," Hojbjerg told Viaplay Sport Live when asked about the interest from Spurs.

“The most important thing is that I concentrate on Southampton and concentrate when the season starts again, I can continue where I left off. Whatever happens in the future, you have to take it as it comes."
