The England captain got off the mark in the league for Spurs in a tight 3-2 win away from home against Newcastle United.
Despite a spirited effort from the Magpies, Tottenham were able to walk away from St. James' Park with all three points.
Kane told the club's website: "Obviously, it's nice to get off the mark. There's always a lot of talk whenever I go a few games without scoring.
"I'm a man who wants to score in every game I play, of course, but I don't panic when there's a few games where I don't score, so whether it's Premier League, Europe, international, whatever it may be, I'm ready for every game and ready for any chance that comes my way.
"I think that was my 10th goal overall this season and hopefully I can add a few more in the coming games."
