Tottenham star Heung-min Son says he has to become a leader for his younger teammates.
The South Korean, 28, has developed into a bonafide star over the last few seasons and now wants to pass on his knowledge to Spurs' youngsters.
He told the club's website: "I try to grow every day, every season.
"I try to improve every day. It's not easy now. I'm 28, I'm not the youngest player now, I don't want to say I'm a senior player but now I have to help the younger players as well, the players coming up from the youth team, 20, 21 years old, I try to help them.
"This is important for me as well. I'm going to learn again so many things from last season, and try to improve next season as well."
